Postulación a Línea Aérea

"Es indudable que una entrevista para un piloto que postula a Línea Aérea, ya sea de forma remota o presencial debe ser preparada con una debida anticipación; Pero, no creo que exista una manera más simple de poder generar una buena conexión y confianza desde el principio con el evaluador, que siendo tú mismo y demostrando una autenticidad y transparencia desde el comienzo de la conversación. Sólo debes demostrar que eres un piloto que ha adquirido a través del tiempo, aquellas virtudes y conocimientos que sustentan la filosofía Airmanship. No tengo dudas que finalmente todo se facilitará"

"There is no doubt that an interview for a pilot applying for an Airline, whether remote or in person, must be prepared well in advance; but I don't think there is a simpler way to be able to generate a good connection and trust from the beginning with the evaluator, than being yourself and demonstrating authenticity and transparency from the beginning of the conversation.
